Winter Golf season ends

The final 'Settlement' Dinner of the 2009/10 Winter Golf took place on Thursday 25th March. The black-tie affair was an enjoyable evening which wrapped up the season in some style and with an excellent meal from Eric. The first full season of the Dinner Matches encountered the worst winter weather for over 30 years. Regardless, many enjoyable matches were played over a wide variety of courses, with moderate exchanges of cash and pride. The next season will commence in October.
